1st place prize in May 2013 Gnomon Workshop monthly contest

My Warrior Cricket design won 1st place in the Gnomon Workshop 3D monthly contest for May 2013!!!  The contest theme was Military Mech.

Hi everyone,

I want to share my latest work with you all.  I am finishing up a 10 week Hard Surface modeling 2 class with Max Dayan at Gnomon School in Hollywood and for our second project in the class we were asked to model a hard surface concept that we liked.  I chose a sci fi gun designed by Titus Simirica.

The model is 100% complete and I will be texturing and rendering it properly sometime next month.  I have done a few quick renders just to show you all my progress so far.  I hope you like it.  Thanks for taking a look.
